Frequently Asked Questions

  • Over time, dirt, mildew, mold, and algae can coat the surface of your home. If left unchecked, this growth can creep between siding or into the wood of your home and lead to deterioration and rot. Regular pressure washing can help remove build up and stop growth from causing premature damage to your home.

Aside from the practical reasons to power wash, a recently washed home is much easier on the eyes. You’ll love the way your home looks after we’ve serviced it. If you’re looking for a quick way to increase curb appeal before hosting a gathering or putting your home on the market, pressure washing could be just the ticket.

  • Our skilled team tailors water pressure and cleaning solutions to suit the condition and sensitivity of each surface we clean. Whether it’s power washing or soft washing, we’re equipped to handle a wide range of surfaces, including siding, roofs, decks, walkways, driveways, mailboxes, awnings, patios, windows, fences, parking lots, parking structures, dumpster corrals , sports courts, and so much more!

  • We use the term power washing because it’s the most easily understood term. We do offer traditional power washing when it’s required, but most often the washing we do falls under “soft washing.” Traditional power washing has high pressure that’s helpful for particularly tough jobs but it can be too much for more delicate areas of the home. For areas like windows and roofs, we combine lower pressure water output with cleaning solutions to provide a gentler clean that minimizes the risk of damaging your home. We also leverage heated water when necessary to help remove particularly stubborn discoloration, like on sidewalks and other high-traffic flat surfaces.

  • We’re based in Richmond, Virginia and serve Richmond and most of the surrounding counties including: Chester, Chesterfield, Midlothian, Hanover, Henrico, Petersburg, Powhatan, Goochland, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, Ashland, and Louisa.

  • It sure is! And it is recommended to do so to prolong the lifespan of your roof.

  • For a few reasons! Our recurring program is more affordable than if you were to add together all the same services individually (think bulk discount). In addition, the payment is broken into 7 payments, which is often easier for customers to work into their budget rather than one large lump sum if we knocked out all the services in one day.

Plus! It takes a maintenance item off your mental-to-do-list. Sign up with us once, and we’ll service a variety of areas on the exterior of your home throughout the year. Your home’s exterior will be kept spic and span, on an ongoing basis, without you having to book it over and over again.

  • To complete our work, we will need access to an outdoor water supply. You’ll need to remove obstacles from the work area, clear away furniture or pots, secure pets, remove or secure exterior decor, and otherwise prepare the space for cleaning.

For external window washing / rinsing, you will need to remove window screens prior to our arrival. If screens are not removed in advance of your service date, we will not be able to complete your window wash as scheduled.

  • This all depends on what is around your home. Usually homes with more shade from trees are more likely to have mold and mildew growing on them. Some folks get it done once a year, while others can get by with doing every couple of years.

  • We will clean out debris in gutters, but not with our power washer. We use a high-powered vacuum system to vacuum out leaves and debris from gutters instead, and we haul away gutter contents with us (rather than spraying them on your property like with power washing).

  • We certainly can. If you have an area that has been vandalized, let us know and we can remove it for you.

  • We sure are. We carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance and workers compensation for our employees.
